I think all those who are giving dislikes are the ones who know, that pups should not climb steps as their bone structure is not fully developed yet thus having climbing steps can and prob will develop health issues for the rest of their lives. The dislikes go for the owners not for the pup.
Ferenc , I'm pretty sure that's not physiologically how dogs work. I'm quite certain (and hope) those who actually disliked the video have better reasoning than that.

As far as I know its definitly bad for a puppie to go over stairs, as long as he has not reached a certain level of growth. It can have serious effects on the joints.
