"this design is cliche" sums up 99% of hoyo designs. I like a lot of them, and can acknowledge they are intentionally tapping into archetypes to make people instantly feel connected to them. I remember when I met Zhongli in game my first thought was how many Shōjo male leads he reminded me of and thought "oh they wanted simp money". And it hey, it works because Zhongli is still one of my favorite designs.

I don't really understand WHY people are trying to tell cc(Genshin) who and where to put in a tier list. IT'S THEIR OPINION. IT'S THEIR TIER LIST. WHY SHOULD THEY DO TIER LIST ACCORDING TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE'S OPINION??? Then it's not gonna be a cool, based on personal opinion or useful tier list, because you're ruining it when you're trying to tell someone to put a character or a weapon somewhere specifically you want.
If cc' opinion is different it doesn't mean you have to tell them smth like: "No way, put him/her(it) in S(or whatever) tier!", "What are you doing?", "Why is he/she(it) is on that section?", etc.
If you want - go and do your own tier lists. Stop telling cc what to do, when they are just expressing their thoughts.

Tbh, I LOVE her dress so much and her eyes are so pretty! Why are there so many cool looking eyes in Genshin? I also really want to wear a dress like Faruzan's and also the shoes too!

What I really like about this tier list and the whole video is that Atsu doesn't rate characters like most people do.
You know when ppl are putting some characters in the highest positions just because they are biased or "Omg, mommy! Look at her, she's sooooo hot".
Like... When people judge characters only according to those things the whole meaning of their tier list is just... gone.
And I really really like how Atsu did this tier list. He wasn't simping for some characters and wasn't doing the tier list based on that. Even tho he said who are his favorite characters still he was rational while doing this list.

ok maybe in like any other game but in Genshin, all of those characters would stand out greatly as NPCs because of just how ugly and copy/paste all the Genshin NPCs are. They've gotten a liiiittle better in terms of outfits alone, mostly the event npcs, but they're still the same few head/hair models just shuffled around. Besides Signora you can just assume if they don't have one of the generic head/hair combos they'll be playable, AND SHE COULD STILL COME BACK TBH TBH
basically I wish npcs looked at least as good as our base free 4 stars

Fr. I think Lisa has a great design and I love the purple in her base outfit and I love witchy characters a lot! I also like her Sumeru outfit too. Lisa is super pretty with a solid design and she could rock a lot of outfits. She looks too good to ever be an NPC. I get that it's Atsu's tier list and he's free to his opinions, but saying that Lisa could be an NPC is wild to me. lol Same with Amber too. She looks too interesting and colourful to just be an NPC. And yessss, Signora has an amazing design too. Unfortunately, I don't think they'll make her playable. We can hope and dream, but I feel like Hoyo won't do it. :(

Also every playable character stands out tbh, even the most "basic" of outfits like Collei make her obviously playable/important. People said Heizou looked like an NPC when he came out too and I was so confused.
also I feel like if Signora is ever playable it will be like during the end of the game, Khaenri'ah or Snezhnaya

Layla is personally my fave design in the whole game
a moment to appreciate all those incredible designs, they may have a variety between each other but as for me all of them are so well done, every year my opinion slightly changes to better simply because some of designs need some time for me to get used to (like childe one, before i thought of him being so easy to skip but now i like him a lot)

As a Xiao main my only problem with his model is how wide his eyes are opened in his resting face. It feels off especially if you know how calm and tired he's suppost to be. If you go on camera and check out his emotions, his "serious" looks much like how I imagen him to usually look.

He also manipulated tectone into believing that tectone is the root of all problems in the gengsi community and convinced tectone to go seek therapy because there's something wrong with his head but turns out nothing is wrong with tectone. And finally atsu (Asianguyatream) got exposed as a manipulator, talking shit behind other Content creators back and spreading lies about them and constantly back tracking in things he said in any drama he's been in
