- Join me as we try brand new summer food and drinks at Disney Spring sfor the first day of Flavors of Florida 2023 where over 30 restaurants have fresh new menu items, including food, drinks, desserts, celebrating Florida's local ingredients and flavors! In this video we try new dishes and drinks from Chef Art Smith's Homecomin', Raglan Road, T. Rex Cafe, Pizza Ponte, and also explore World of Disney and see summer merchandise and more fun things! Each year I get excited to bring you the new dishes for Flavors of Florida, and this year what I tried has been the BEST YET, so I'm extra excited to share it with you! The World of Disney store was cool to check out! I was there two nights ago!! I’m currently at Magic Kingdom and then Epcot today as it’s my first day at DisneyWorld!!

😊Hi, this was great. Everything looked good. I love Disney merch😊 This was great informative fun😊 Disney Springs is so amazing. Last year vacation our Resort was 15 minutes walking distance away, although I was pushed in my wheelchair walker, and we went to Disney Springs 3 times, between park days. It was so pretty looking around and the food was delicious 😋 The shops are awesome, nothing like what we have around here in the country. This was nice. Thanks. Be Safe Take Care 😊❤

Ah we were there yesterday too to vlog the new goodies! I saw the shrimp cocktail but we ended up not getting that one.. Definitely want to try it! The drink at Ragland and the treat at gnachery looked great too! We tried the shrimp ceviche at Polite Pig, and the Indiana Jones cake at Amorrettes.. Wanted to try the new Indiana Jones flight "Choose Wisely" at Hanger Bar, but sadly they said it wasn't quite on the menu yet. Great vid!
Watched Elemental and it was fantastic! I found myself smiling the entire movie. It is definitely worth the watch.

Jock Lindsey's hanger bar is my favorite at Disney springs the theme of it is so awesome you can spend a hour in there trying to see all the eaater eggs of the indiana jones movies.

Summer is in full swing Jackie. Also looking forward to celebrating America. Yesterday I went to the grand opening of SCHEELS in Wichita. So I vlogged that. It’s a really good store with activities, candy factory, a restaurant, and shopping. It’s kinda like Cabela’s/Bass Pro Shops, Macy’s and Dick’s Sporting Goods type store. Also I was outside doing grand opening activities before actually went in to see the store for the first time.

Lol don’t worry I use a knife and fork to when I eat pizza it’s more cleaner that way 😂😂😂!! There is so much cute stuff in The world of Disney store. I loved the peace, sign shirt and pants. Such cute colors!! I loved the world, a Disney sweatshirt and all the good characters on there. I’m so glad that they put Ariel in there because of the new little mermaid movie that came out and I finally saw it. It is so good!! You can never go wrong with Shrimp Cocktail! Also, as you said, almost impossible to go wrong at Homecomin' in general. I was wondering how that tower of power maintain its shape - up until you had to dig into it, and it all came crashing down 😂 Raglan Road is one that we have unfortunately _not_ been able to book across our many visits to the Springs, but we hope to change that during a future trip! We have only ever heard good things about their cocktails, and dessert cocktails are by far the best kind of cocktails! 😋 Never apologize for your love of T-Rex and/or the Rainforest Cafe; they are two of our all-time faves, as well! Both experiences read as 'Jurassic Jungle Boat ride: the restaurant' and I am here for it. Old school animatronics rule! World of Disney is always a great hiding spot while you wait for those quick Florida downpours to pass through. Love the Disney 100 wall projections. 😍 Florida water definitely counts, especially on a 100-degree day! Great crawl, Jackie. Thanks for taking us along!
I am a huge fan of your channel and want to say a huge Thank you for another great vlog, however with the current cost of living crisis I would have appreciated a vlog based on food and drink in Disney Springs to include prices so when planning for our own holiday (though I appreciate prices fluctuate) can calculate what we expect to pay for the items you have chosen to show us, the board at the end of the vlog where you recap the vlog content shows items including prices but these were things you hadn’t bought to experience yourself so were unable to offer your thoughts. Please continue to create great content but kindly take the time to show prices of items that you showcase during your wonderful vlogs it would be greatly appreciated.😊😊😊

I've yet to try the amphicar, it seems expensive.
It IS expensive, that’s part of why I haven’t done it again since that one time I did it a few years ago. It’s really cool and unique, but very pricey.
I agree Jackie this florida heat is something else this summer. Does disney springs also do the complimentary water? If so stay hydrated as much as possible love. Much love to you and sam hehe.
Anywhere with a soda fountain will usually give you water, like the Starbucks one I got in this vid bc they’re usually the easiest.

For sure you can get free ice water while you're dining at any restaurant, but I'm not sure about a take away water from a sit down restaurant if you're not eating there. But any place with soda fountains will, and Starbucks is the easiest :)
We just saw Elemental yesterday! Maybe not the best Pixar movie, but still very good, and I do recommend it. As always with Pixar movies, bring tissues

Great video Jackie. Too bad we had to leave yesterday on Saturday to head home. I will say this, when we were in the World Of Disney store on Friday, it was very hot inside. Since you mentioned something about it being hot in there, I am assuming the AC has some issues right now. Hopefully it will be repaired soon.
Hope you had a great time, though! I think it's because they leave some of the doors open, and/or the doors are constantly opening and closing and it's soooo hot out, that the AC can't compensate enough to cool it. But it felt awful, even though it was still fun to shop around.

They had one in almost all of the restaurants participating. T. rex didn’t have one, but every other one did. :) they also had them at various stands around springs.
