No I was a Mum to boys and I live in the U.K. in 1998 I had a Sindy Doll ( very similar to Barbie) when I was growing up. Love the puzzle pants.

What i heard was a DIY Puzzle Barbie Costume video.
Since i did not see a mailing address in your description, i did a quick search for some fabric you can use to make the puzzle pants. Spoonflower has tons of puzzle patterned fabric, ebay has some, and tons of other sites do as well. I just googled puzzle piece printed fabric. Hoping you’ll wear your puzzle pants in a future video!!!! (Also hope you can sew!!!!!)

I have a few, Amber. They are gorgeous., worth the experience. The only downside is it takes forever to take them apart because you have to slide them out...unlike the cardboard that you can put many already together in your hands and "rub" them gently apart without damaging them. But it's worth having a few, truly. I am just as "professional " in puzzling as Karen is, and I would recommend you purchasing one. And get the ones that have silohuettes; I really enjoyed my first experience with them and still do when I put them together several times.
Artifact Puzzles are the best wooden puzzles! In fact, now that I've done the wooden ones I have a hard time going back to the cardboard ones!! Puzzle snob, I guess!! 😜
Liberty is one of my favorite, very artistic. They not only have silohuettes, but some of them you can build a puzzle within the puzzle..not only that, you can build a 3D puzzle, so basically you are putting together a 2D, enjoying silohuettes, and a 3D in some!!! There are others, but there are downfalls with ordering overseas for wooden: shipping is outrageous and returns are complicated. Stave Puzzles are handmade but very pricey. Amber, I suggest you check out several companies before you are influenced in our opinions.
I would definitely watch a video of you making your own puzzle pants / cosplay of this.

I used to do these types of puzzles directly on a piece of Paper, with glue in one hand xD I used to get these sometimes in advent calendars. Also, go ahead with those puzzle pants, it seems like a fun idea :D

I am so glad, now my daughters are grown up, that I never have to free another Barbie (or any other doll) from her box! All those twist ties! And the stitched down hair! I've never seen this Barbie before - I presume no one made an equivalent here in the UK. I agree its a shame about the quality of the actual puzzle, but the puzzle pants more than make up for it! I look forward to seeing you in a pair in a future video!

I have never heard of this Barbie! Of course by the time it came out I was in 8th-9th grade and long over playing with and paying attention to Barbies. I probably missed a lot that came out around then. I did get a job at Toys R Us in 2002 but I guess this one would have been out of production by then. Those puzzle pants are pretty awesome! I have actually been seriously thinking about lookig online for a pair of puzzle leggings. I really feel like they need ot be a thing if they are not already.

Hi Karen, Many thanks for all of your puzzle tips and videos. I was wondering if you have done any Artifact Puzzles? Yes they are expensive but they are so interesting and satisfying to do,
As soon as I saw the pants on that Barbie I said oh my God so so incredible, she has to get those,... somehow she has to get those made for her and then you started talking about it and I just nearly died.
I don't know how but we have to make it happen somehow Karen you have got to find that pattern or put it on some cotton cloth and then have some buddy make it for you in some really nice cute leggings. That would be absolutely updated and perfect it would be the nice look for you. Thank how many places you could go wearing those Karen and how sharp you would look.

I never knew there was a puzzle Barbie. I was born before Barbie was released. I was deprived and never had an official Barbie. My Aunt gave me a knock off doll “Polly” and she handmade about 6 or 7 outfits for my doll. So, I didn’t actually feel deprived. I had lots of fun with Polly. I do have two Barbie puzzles though. Search eBay for Barbie Golden 550 and you will find one of my puzzles. It has a pink box with 9 different pictures of Barbie. The other puzzle is from 2008 a 50th anniversary edition by Mattel. I didn’t find that one. Ravensburger has 3 Barbie puzzles. Puzzle pants.
