- In this video, I reveal one of the few strategies that I have been trading with for over 3 years. RSI divergences can be really profitable if they are used properly. It is not really profitable to use the regular RSI divergence on its own. So combining it with the hidden divergence on a multi-timeframe approach can fix the problem. #rsidivergence #tradingstrategy # tradingjournal

Two minutes in and I already know that this is going to be a great video because one of the first things that I learned about divergence was that you look for the hidden on a higher timeframe. The lower timeframe should confirm it with the regular divergence. I've been studying and using divergence for years and I'm here to say that it works beautifully. It's the only leading indicator that I know.

I remember taking a screenshot of someone pointing out that once you see hidden divergence on a higher timeframe, it is confirmed with the regular divergence going in the same direction on a lower timeframe. I didn't even understand it until a year or so later when I was going through screenshots on my phone. It was a total lightbulb moment for sure!

This is what I got :
7:32 Start to set EMA 200 in the bigger TF.
7:58 Watch for Hidden Divergence after price break EMA 200 for continuation price movement, eq for UPTREND price make Higher low, and RSI make Lower low.
8:29 Move to smaller TF for possible entry, here we look for Regular bullish divergence, to find pullback is over and price continue to uptrend, which price make Lower low and RSI make Higher hi.
9:00 Wait for 2nd confirmation which wait for bullish candle appear (engulfing candle) for signal entry.

Never thought of using hidden divergence at higher timeframes to show trend continuation and regular divergence on lower time frame for confirmation/entry of trend continuation. Back testing this method looks great, I will be implementing this as part of my chart setup right away.

This is pretty much my strategy, as well as using supply and demand levels and fundamental analysis for a directional bias. Has been very profitable and works well, however you might need some more confluence other than this strategy such what I use. Very good base to expand on for your own strategy.

Your is good. To get very wide audience, I advise that you stick to the robot voice. The robot voice give us clarity and make us not to spend time trying to figure out what you mean.

I liked ur idea. But y this rule of having the 2 t.fs with a 4* difference ? What's the logic pls ?
To spot divergences earlier. Do this: set up your screen with a double pane - one will be set to 1H, the next to be set at 15M. As price on the higher time frame moves to extremes on the RSI, watch the lower time frame for divergences to show up. This will signal you for an entry/exit. I personally use a 200 EMA for trend. It's a money maker.
