I can't agree with you more Mona! Customer service is horrible these days with these women it's really a shame. I want to support but they make it really hard. I've been to so many lash techs, hair stylist, and waxers it's ridiculous. I would keep going back too but now they have one time and I'm done. I'm trying to be as self-sufficient as possible to avoid dealing with them.
