    How many times a day should I practice?

      if you have motivation , every day ! or 4 to 5 days every week

      This is only a 5-15 minute routine, depending on reps. You can easily do this everyday as a way to start your day.
      Doing this will build a healthy mindset and body. It’ll help focus you on your daily goals.
      Not just this, but exercise in general.
      Good tip, is to write down how many push ups you do (or similar exercise) and do one more every day.
      Another tip, ask a leader at your dojang for workouts to help YOU reach YOUR current goals.

      You clearly can't fight. Imagine doing that in a 2v1. Or even a 1v1. Do what works.

      If you lean backwards, you can be easily thrown off balance, if you lean forward you can be easily pulled or grappled, if you stand your ground straight you can easily counter
