it's a welsh tradition where someone dresses up as a horse skull and goes around their village singing songs outside people's houses, the owner of the house sings songs back and if the owner gives up the mari lwyd gets to come inside and eat all the owner's food and drink their beer! it's happened a few times where i live and it's always so fun
Get horse skull, decorate, attach to stick, cover yourself and stick in some white robes or something and done, you can also add a lever to control mouth movement if you want
