Went there in the 80"s, my in-laws had a bakery, it was such a sunshine-recharge break from a Pacific Northwest winter. Almost bought a RV park during that period. Could have bought property on west side of Laughlin at $650 per acre. Could kick myself in the _$$!

This reminds me of the old circus tents put up by Barnum and Bailey ... but they had elephants to do the heavy lifting ... and yes I do remember those from personal experience ... yes indeed where does the time go

Enjoyed watching the "big tent" go up! When I was a youngster (70+ yrs.ago)
The train would bring in the circus to our small town. They used the elephants to raise the big top! Fork lifts are more cooperative!!

In the 1950’s I saw a Barnum n Bailey Circus tent raised. It was really something to watch. Every kid in the area was there watching!

I remember, the very beginning, of Winstar Casino, back in 2003, borderline of Texas and Oklahoma, on Oklahoma side, also started out, as one huge tent.⛺ Now the world's largest casino.

🙋♀️Hello Russ! I know how to put up a tent. I just couldn't imagine how the "Big Tent" was erected, nor what all was involved. The shear size of this tent with only a few handfuls of men. Amazing. Alot more involved than what meets the eye. Fantastic aerial coverage!👍

It's like you say too-cool-for-school I've never seen a tent that size put up but that is awesome when you think about what it takes to do it I bet that tent weighs several tons that is really awesome I enjoyed that but then again I enjoy all your videos but this one was extra cool thank you so much I'm going to have to go to Quartzsite Arizona only 300 miles away if that but that was a cool video thank you

Sorry to ask a silly question but, what is the game shop? Is it literally a shop that sells games, for Xbox or PS5? Or a fishing, hunting store. It’s one of those questions that seems blindingly obvious, unless you don’t know the answer.

Seems to me that just building a permanent building would be much better that erecting a big tent every year.
