How to configure the breath sensor and the bite sensor of your Aerophone Pro

In this video I explain the most important parameters for the breath sensor and the bite sensor of the Roland Aerophone AE-30 and how you can change them to configure the sensors of the Aerophone Pro according to your wishes. Hello ! Though this is a place for comments rather that opening a dialogue, can I ask you A FEW technical questions about some features of the various EWI's ?
(I mean It's really difficult to find answers in most demonstrations on the web, which aim for pushing to purchase, mostly. The fact that you seem to master them all makes me feel you'd be a good guide to make an informed choice.)
