Please do a comparison when you have time of the AE30 and YDS 150 (especially on the extra cost to AE 30) which one in your opinion is most suitable for an person who is learning alto sax and looking for a silent practice device as well as a fun instrument to have 🎷

Thanks for your comment! Yes, a comparison with other EWIs should be interesting. I hope I will find time for such a video soon (but first I have to try out the 300 sounds and all other features on the AE-30 and that might take time ...🙂).

I read a lot of dissatisfied reviews about loud button clicks.
I myself have a great desire to purchase this instrument, but so far there is no money in the required amount.

You are welcome. I hope to get used to the clicking sounds of the buttons. On the other hand: The key noises of the saxophone are also quite loud, and that doesn't bother anyone because you don't notice them when you play with the saxophone.

@@ewiplayer I haven't received mine yet. I'm bad for "slapping" the keys on my sax so I don't think the clicks will be a problem for me.

How would you compare specifically sax sounds on AE-30 vs Yamaha yds-150? I'm going to upgrade my ae-05 and can't decide. Thanks!

Do you have any recommendations on cases or bags that would fit this instrument and some accessories?

I use the bag that comes with it. For my purposes this is enough, but of course it is not a greatest protection because it is not a hard case. Because the instrument has a very special shape, I don't know any other solution for an instrument case that fits the Aerophone. Sorry.

Thanks for the video. I probably would value a microfiber cleaning cloth more than a neck strap. The manual says to use Ni-MH batteries even though the instrument will not charge them. I think teachers count as professional players. Thanks again for the video.

You're welcome! Indeed, a microfiber cloth is also missing, I did not even notice. That should also be included, you're absolutely right! I will certainly change to Ni-MH batteries, but for the video, I just used 6 AA alkaline batteries I could find at home.

Do you mind telling us know what the Power Supply part number is?
My AE-30 is a European import and so was supplied with an EU 2-pin plug but I'd like to buy the correct UK part, rather than using an adapter or an after-market item.
Alternatively, if you'd like to do a direct swap of the power supplies, let me know.
