- After the wrench of leaving vanlife paradise Llandrindod Wells I head to the mid-Wales livestock market town of Builth Wells where my GoPro develops a problem and I couldn't film myself painting over the dog scratches with Hammerite as I pass my first month in the van.
I have to avoid the A470 to avoid 🏴 Heddlu 🐷💰dishing out fines for even less essential use of their vehicles that those begging hypocrites. 🐷💰

Yes I agree there is something. He has the X factor. He makes you feel like an old freind going on a walk, drive or having a cup of tea. It’s very addictive watching.

It was badly scratched by dog claws, possibly a woman scorned, near misses with brambles, and what looks like a sanding down prep for a respray that never happened. I show the true horror of the scratches close up in czcams.com/video/PXvBipOdzDU/video.html
I think it would be a laugh to respray the rest of the van with a job lot of bargain bucket spray cans one day! Or even Hammerite with a large brush again!

Do you retrieve the tea bag afore decanting into your cup?
Yes pretty hard to retrieve the teabag and talk / film. I could put the GoPro in my teeth and do a voice-over later, but the GoPro doesn't do close-ups, and I can't ask a random passer-by to come close enough to do either task. Maybe if I taped my reading glasses over the GoPro I might get the shot, but I wouldn't be able to preview it straight away. Can't really take too many risks with a flask full of boiling tea, but if I do manage it, I will shout you out as a requester.
