7:27 Turtle skip. This is one of the most simplest glitches found in working video game history. Hold B and the direction towards the dock and when you are about to enter the dock before you jump up.. just let go of everything and use the directional pad to go towards the bridge area. When you get close it should automatically jump onto the ledge if done correctly. Next use the tornado rod to get up to the bridge.
