Just 2 weeks ago I bought the first aew Hook figure that they released from ringside collectibles & it was missing it’s extra swappable head so it’s not just Amazon either 😭
Just send it back and they'll either completely refund you or send you a brand new replacement item. Really not that hard. Sometimes, sh💩t happens.

I've only had a few issues with Amazon orders and they immediately made good on the mistakes. Overall Amazon is totally dependable, I have found. NECA does have its problems though, as I understand it. Still love their figures.

I highly doubt someone bought it on purpose just to return it. Most likely had QC issues and the buyer returned it but Amazon just resold it.
Amazon don’t resell any returned items they go for wholesale and auctioned off.

Those are extra hands. These figures are broken. Obviously previously returned stock, being sold as new.
