The Benegas Brothers! that must have been after they climbed a super technical route on Nuptse in fine Alpine style - they called the route The Crystal Snake, 5.9 M4 WI5 - I only just read the trip report on planet mountain last night after I was reading up on some selfless acts in the mountains - and now coincidentally im watching this.or is it the algorithm??
I had never seen that before - him jumping onto the stretcher to stabilize it - unroped!- truely incredible.
They would have been absolutely exhausted after their ascent.
He also mentions in the planetmountain trip report that they radioed desperately to base camp for assistance but none came.

    Not from northern India.
Nepal is the northern country of India.

@68K K2 IS farther north, which negatively affects weather. 2021 actually saw the first successful WINTER summiting of K2.
Also: K2 is more pyramidal in shape (steeper ascent). No one has ever summited K2 from (the east?). It is the only "8000m+" peak that has NOT been ascended from all its faces (or something like that 😬)

Lol bear grylls is the the #1 rep of monetized danger. They won’t show you the worst and they make par look like birdie. Am I the only one that understands this?

Pretty sure he climbed Everest on his own accord and not with a film crew around him, that's qhy there is very little footage of him climbing the mountain.
The guy is a legend in what he does, monetized or not, there was a time people would call it professional over monetized!!!
