Dag klussen, voor mijn part 2 dagen bespaar je vreselijk veel geld Opel vraagt op dit moment 1500 euro voor beide kettingen vervangen. Plaatst je zelf Febi biltstein sets kost je dat rond de 400 euro met div. pakkingen Reken uit je winst
Ik erger me gewoon aan de knommel die Opel en de rest tegenwoordig maken: Speciale gereedschappen voor alles en nog wat... Alles zo dun en gierig. Enkel rij kettingen met veels te veel geleiders=vragen om ellende,dit hadden ook tandwielen of dubbel rijen kettingen kunnen zijn zoals mijn oude CIH motor. Mijn oude Opel 3L lijn 6 injectie van meer als 30 jaar draait nog dagelijks na 300.000km maar dit allumium ding is dan al een gerecycled tot bier blik. Wat je bespaart aan brandstof betaal je wel in onderhoud van deze zwak gemaakte motor.
Hi... In my zafira 2006, the gear left superior timing, is more stronger like yours, my mechanical it doesn't fix correctly, no start inmediatly, the rpm no over 2800..¿Dou you can give to me an opinion,?? Thanks
friend could tell me as I put the chain Ecotec 2.2 time the crankshaft sprocket with the cams and if this engine valve doubles when the chain is damaged thanks.
+Wilfredo Lamus Hopefully you have found the coolant temperature sensor by now. It is located on the back of the thermostat housing which is shown at 47:00 as the brass part. Note that the thermostat housing vary from make and model and was different in different countries (that engine looks like a circa 2006 US motor with that thermostat housing). The engine shown looks to have just a TAC which is a throttle by wire but a few engines had both TAC and IAC. Look for a 4 wire connector for find the IAC if you have one (the 3 wire connector is for the TPS).
