Marc is not riding the championship winning bike. He is riding the bike that Zaco rode last year and Pecco's championship winning bike was a different one, which they had changed during the second half of the season. Regarding his switch to KTM, it will be hard for Marc to go to a new machine again in 2025 and learn from the beginning. But he desperately wants to ride a 2025 bike next year. If Marc joins KTM along with Acosta, its game over for Ducati...Ducati needs to give Marc a 2025 bike to fight for the championship
