How to make a hat for Lady Dimitrescu cosplay with EVA foam - tutorial

How to make a hat with an enourmous brim using EVA foam?
In this video I show how I made the hat for a Lady Dimitrescu cosplay. Of course you can use this way of crafting a hat for many other projects too! By making the brim smaller, it's also possible to create a whole different hat.
I hope the techniques I show in this video will be helpful for your own projects!

Ahhh thank you girl!! I really want to finally make more videos :) And I did the curly hair by putting my hair into two ponytails and then making some sort of donut buns out of it. And then kept that on my head for some hours XD When I let it loose, I had cuuuurls :D So cool ^^ Just didn't last long with my heavy hair XD

OOh sorry for the late reply! I somehow missed your comment :( But to curl the brim I heated it up with a heatgun so the foam gets a bit softer and then I curled it and held it in this shape until the foam cooled down. It was quite tricky with the high density EVA foam and it would surely be easier with low density EVA foam. But I didn't have that at the moment when I suddenly got the inspiration to make this hat XD
