RIP my Enh shaman and the several level 3 Az traits i have with him, i will miss you dearly. This patch is terribly alt un-friendly, i feel like the grind for traits/neck level is so daunting after spending so much time with one class.

Recently changed my DK from Unholy to Blood and much happier with it. My hunter is Marksmanship changed from BM for end game content. Love my Havoc DH and my Fire Mage. My Druid is Balance but might change to Resto for endgame. Not made the decision yet.

I used to main hunter back before they simplified all the classes during MoP, MM was so much fun in pvp and raiding back then. BM was fine but a bit boring to play, but my god after they simplified BM to like 4 buttons I switched to mage as it felt hunters just weren’t fun to play anymore.
all clases in wow have like only 4 main buttons wdym lol
I play bm hunt in cataclysm and is really op and kinda boring but mm is a really hard and interesting class to play

If you were to ever do another one of these types of videos... consider showing the most popular tank, healer, melee and ranged dps classes. Some people think in terms of roles rather than classes, especially when choosing alts.
MM may or may not be more powerful in raids, but it's 10x more fun than BM. Pretty much anything is more exciting than BM now. I really hope they change it up and make my precious BM more engaging and visually interesting in Shadowlands
Agree with you 100%. Only time I enjoy BM is open world questing/Wold Quests. It's kind of fun using barrage to pull 20 enemies to your spirit beast and kill them all at once, I personally haven't been able to do that since old school prot pally. Although if you know of another spec/class that can do that please let me know, because I certainly prefer to keep my hunter MM.
MadDog Gaming mass pull AOE destruction is one of the best parts of any MMO, and honestly no one does it better or with more style than a Havoc DH. Every move is AOE oriented and with the right talents you not only decimate everything, faster than any other class,you also come out of every fight fully healed.

I don't understand this video. The video is not about what specs are the best. I do understand that popularity and viability go hand in hand often but you are using them interchangeably. There should be no opinion involved in figuring out the "most popular" specs.
He said it in the beginning... We don't have the actual numbers. So it's mostly opinions and some incomplete statistics.
As for the lack of popularity of Warlocks, in addition to what you said, I think it may be because Warlocks have relatively low movement speed compared to a lot of other classes. I know that personally turns me off, and I used to main Warlock.

This! This is exactly why I don't want to roll a warlock, even though I fucking love pretty much everything about them! from skills animation to class mount to xmogs! The only thing that keeps me from maining one is the fact that is REALLY slow, they need some sort of speed (not like the talent you pick up and speed in exchange of your health) like, I don't know, maybe lower the cooldown on their portals to be like a sort of a mage blink xD that would do I suppose.

Play Holy Pally for sure, I have all characters at 120 and it's my favourite spec of 8.2 after hating it since WoD. Super fun with Glimmer of Light trait and Vision of Perfection.

Paladins light powers work on their beliefs so if they believe in what they're doing it doesn't matter

When the paladin came to the horde back in bc, the blood elf was the only race you could pick. Back then they didn't use the Light to gain the paladin powers. They used a Naaru. Check out the lore around Lady Liadrin for more.

The thing is every spec gets their buds and nerfs. If your chasing the latest flavor you're putting in a lot of work to level and gear a spec that's going to get nerfed later on. Play what you enjoy, at some point your spec will get buffed and be amazing to play and remember unless your playing at top tier competition level gameplay then the meta doesn't matter because you haven't yet mastered game sense, mechanics, or positioning. Enjoy your main spec everyone!

Umm resto druid is definitely not among the easier healers, they require you to be proactive with healing and they have less "oh shit" buttons than other healers
Healing in general is pretty easy. Would have to give it to him, druids do have everything on instant cast too.
Wild growth and swiftmend are kind of like oh shit buttons with weaker heals but smaller CDs. If you are play resto druid well you shouldn't need an oh shit button anyways.

@@wilderap6576 That's not the add on. Hell, this guy has literally done an entire video on the action cam before. With how jerky the cam is as well, that's definitely blizzard's cam.
It's a macro you need to type out in chat, since it's not a feature fully implemented (been in the game since legion)

How is Unholy DK ahead of Frost in PvE?? Wherever I look how both specs perform, frost is always on top

I'm using Warcraftlogs which is a pretty reliable source to look at and for each boss encounter im counting in 100 players, not just the top 10.
In HC Eternal Palace, there are only 3 Bosses in which Unholy dominates over frost, on one they are pretty much the same. The rest is Dominated by Frost DK's. (not in terms of player number, but in terms of damage).
On mythic raid however, Frost DK's completely outshine unholy on EVERY encounter

Depends on how you play, as a Main dk its not like pressing 2 bottons and refreashing the dot
How i play it atleast is that i put down death and decay later i dot, use both of my festering strike and scourge strike later i use death coil and then *epidemic* and then i keep using festering strike and death coil and epidemic (mainly i use epidemic when its a big pull)(just made it as simple as i could)

If im doing solo content like quests are dailies, I will play camera close. But for raids, dungeons, and pvp, I pan the camera out

24k Full buff fire mage dps with burn in it... Unless you are below 405, than that thing is not powerful. My Frost ticks out around 28k in 405 gear w/o the right azerite traits and w/o the azshara essence.
Fire is superior in every way. It's not even comparable.
Fire can do unbelievable dps right now.

I would level up a rogue but... I love my paladin and I don’t have enough time to level up my paladin and my rogue so I stick to one :( don’t wanna do all that content again.
Mm playing Demon Hunters made me realise that their gameplay is just too fast for me. I like slower paced attacks i guess

Soy Hunter main me gustaba cuando el survival era a distancia, y ahora me obligan a jugar un Hunter mele porque MM y BM no son buenos para arena, por algo todos los top arena ranck Hunter son SV. Me encantaría poderlo jugar a distancia y posiblemente empiece a jugarlo de nuevo en MM o BM porque verdaderamente no me gusta SV y las transfiguracióes de arma de asta son feisimas pero mi objetivo es ser más de 2400 y en este momento no lo veo muy posible en MM o BM

Marksman is literally 10x better than beastmaster. It gives higher damage, more aoe, and just overall a better experience. They have aoe abilities for a reason, they arent a cleave class.
Ele better than Enh? I have never been outdpsed by an elemental shaman in any M+ dungeon nor raid :D Am always near the top or top dps with Enh... and it's waaaay more fun than Ele
Go to worldofwargraphs and save yourself 30 minutes. Technically everything is viable, it always will be, but most people want to play the optimal spec just so they keep can keep more doors open to them. Simcraft is also a good measure of whats being played especially in PVE, generally the higher dps specs will see more usage for obvious reasons.
About the dk for raids frost is completely shit lol. I got removed for having the lowest dps on heroic while for my unholy I was one of the highest lol..... It does say alot that frost buff is not enough

Sorry but you lost me at fire/frost mages. I VERY rarely see fire/arcane mages about, maybe 20% combined versus 80% frost. Where do you get your facts from? (Your title says POPULAR not BEST).

beast mastery is actually alot harder than MM at the moment. especially with proper pet mangament.
This is especially true for pvp also mm is just hot trash in arenas right now.
