    Ingredients:
    Green gram 1 cup
    Idli rice 1/4 cup
    Urad dal 1 tbsp
    Palm jaggery 1 cup
    Rice flour as needed
    Turmeric powder
    Cardomom
    White and black sesame seeds
    Preparation
    Dry roast green gram until
    raw smell goes
    Dry roast rice and urad dal
    Grind it into fine powder a long with cardomom
    Take palm jaggery in a pan add water until it covers the palm jaggery and melt it..
    No consistency is needed.
    Just boil it until it becomes thick slightly.
    Add it little by little in the ground flour and mix it well..the flour will absorb more water.
    Make small balls out of it and let it rest for some time.
    Meanwhile make mixture of rice flour salt turmeric powder and mix it well with water .
    consistency should be neither thick nor thin.
    Dip the ball into the rice flour batter and deep fry it in wood pressed oil. Take few balls and dip it the batter and deep fry it in medium flame.
    Once outer covering turns crispy ,take it out.
    Tips
    While making balls, make it when it able to be handled by hands..
    If it cools down, balls can't be made.
    As time goes it becomes dry..
    Keep the balls aside to rest else it will crumble.
