A bit late to comment on this, since someone might have already told you, but the Harbinger that was being compared to Arlecchino is the former Knave, who had been killed by the current Arlecchino that we know. After killing the former Knave, Arlecchino then claimed her seats amongst the Harbingers, and was ranked the 4th strongest of them all.
