I got this battery on the cordless senior and 1919 and did a test between the standard battery run time and tomb45 running time and standard ran for 1hr 20 min and tomb45 eco ran for 2hr 7 minutes 🙏

I really like this upgrade i got mine with a blue and silver metal lever and a green and gold lever! The only issue I had was that ny clippe would fully charger and they would shut off after 20 minutes or so I'd plug it back in and they would blink as if uncharged. I did notice the power increase however I had to take them out.

@mannygarcia4852 nah man, I ended up taking it out and installing the original battery back in. It would do once Installed the tomb45 battery. However, the battery works well in my gold magic clip
It's because the board that controls the battery charging has be set by the manufacturer to the original battery capacity. You'd have to reprogram the chip on the board to update to the new increased battery capacity.
Just swapped the battery and cover for that tomb45 🔋 and mattgiftedhands clear cover... yeezus!! 🙄😅🤟🏼🤟🏼

how much longer does it last now compared to before? does it takes longer to charge? 2200mah vs 3350mah, thats quite a difference in capacity but its not "50% more" as that company claims
I don’t know anything about that stuff! Ha just know that’s what it states. Honestly did it for the video and to have the tomb45 showing on the clipper. I never have an issue with clippers dying.
2200 ÷2 = 1100. So 1,100 its the 50% then
2200 + 1100= 3,300, thats 50% more 🙄
The charging is done on voltage so as soon as the battery hits its limit 4.2, 4.3 or 4.4 depending on the battery type the charger will cut out. As it has a larger mah it will take longer to charge. The problem is the company hasn't stated what battery they have used, so it's most likely a Chinese inferior product so take the numbers stated with a pinch of salt.

You could. Gives 50% more life. So if you notice you’re running low it would help.

hello I changed the engine cover, measuring cup lever and ignition button with other customizzqti but now the machine makes a lot of noise and I can't understand why

I have the Magic Clip gold and black edition, went to change the battery and to my surprise the original battery has no plug, its welded directly into the board.

No it will work fine with the traditional charger. Just holds more charge 👍🏻
Seancutshair my wahl magic clip metal edition lasts me like 8-10 cuts before it dies but the original cordless magic clip (red and burgundy) only lasts me 2 cuts before it dies out. Same exact thing with my Wahl cordless 5 star ⭐️ seniors!Curious if it is the same for you

With my mat nothing ever dies and the tomb45 battery is just a bonus

Slimlines are good! Work well in bulk and kids if set normal, and if you zero gap them they’ll hit for lines and designs as well.

I ordered sum babyliss anc they won’t even turn on I put them to charge and it’s just blinking really fast I’ve had it charging for hours and nothing has happened it hasn’t stopped blinking I don’t know what to do
Reach out to Babyliss. Sometimes that happens they just won’t come back on. They sent one of my guys a replacement.

Hi , I have a cordless senior . Just got it brand new from Amazon . Cut for few days and it completely dead won’t charge . I ordered a tomb 45 battery and put em in . Still nothing . help ?
Try plugging it in then turning it on. Kind of like a jump start. If that doesn’t work I’m not sure of any other fixes. Reach out to Wahl or return it to amazon?

does this upgrade make the clipper louder? my problem is with my seniors is that with the ceramic blade, it’s already pretty damn loud. i really want to upgrade to the clear case and eco battery, but if it will make my clipper even more loud then i’m not sure if i should.

Anybody actually try this Eco battery on a Magic Clip? How did it go for y’all? Trying mine rn and the cover doesn’t seem to fully go on. It leaves a lil gap on the sides.
I haven’t in a magic clip but plenty of people say they love it and it was a huge improvement. Make sure you have the correct lid. There’s a senior lid and magic clip and they are different.

Tomb45 is charging $25 for that which is just a Panasonic 18650 battery that costs like $7. Main thing is you just would need to solder on the 2-pin circuit board leads. I'll google around to see if I can find someone that sells an 18650 with the leads already.

Does anyone happen to know the exact terminal connector type both male and female of the wahl 8148 battery 93387-001 and the pcb board?
I'd like to make my own 18650 as a spare battery with the appropriate connector as well as the 1s bms charging protection board,without having to use the connector of my stock clipper battery.

How many mAh is the battery or how many volts?

Some have said it's a 3300 mAh. The voltage will all be the same on a single 18650 battery 3.7v!
2.8 when flat and 4.2 when fully charged. The premium 18650 battery's will hold 4.4v.
mAh is basically how much power the battery can hold. Like how big the fuel tank in a car is.
The voltage can be seen as how high the engine can rev.

I don’t know much about batteries!? If it says its more life I’d expect that to be true. Like I said though the power mat keeps me from really ever draining a clipper battery. Fun install though and looks cool for sure as well.
3.6 its the voltage, 2200ma its like, how much charge it hold. So the black one i think is about 3300mini amps. Thats why run 50% more time
I replaced my wahl battery with this battery. It lasts 1 minute and the power is gone.
