I would like to buy this house... if only I had $300K to spend.
Thanks for watching.
Looks like house located on busy street?
Not that busy.
No good. Taxes are almost $3,000 on an old house like that. Once you get into it and start fixing and renovation your taxes are going to go right up. Me was known for cheap taxes. But just like the rest of the Democrats States before you know what those taxes we $5,000.
I call bs dude. Democrats have nothing to do with it! Maine has always been expensive, who you fooling? Not this woman...
@@blueowlwill8754 no I spent a lot of years up in Maine especially Northern Maine. Since the early 1970s. And you can see how things right now it's starting to get more and more expensive really quick.
Hi Dominick. The house does not need fixing and renovation that you state in your comment. If you live in the country, your taxes are less because you don't have services like full time police/fire departments, parks and recreational areas, schools, etc. Less than $3,000 in taxes for all these services and a beautiful home is a bargain.
Perspective. That house with that lot in a suburb of Boston would be triple, minimum. Taxes would be double to quadruple. So, yeah, from my perspective its a steal.
$3,000 is a lot of money for no service. That means you got to take your garbage to the dump yourself. Most people think this is a bargain until they buy a place like this, then they get pissed off. And the guy from Massachusetts is an idiot. Comparing taxes to me. Massachusetts about school tax garbage removal and all the other garbage that goes with it. So yes to taxes are higher. But you're getting something for it. And remember you never actually own the property. The government on your property. Try not paying your property taxes and see what happens. Wake up America. You only rent the property.
Nice house for sure, but the problem I saw was there were not enough electrical outlets. I would bet you would need to have the whole house rewired.
Hi Verna. There are multiple outlets in each room. No need to rewire the whole house.
How much is the asking price?
$269,900
