Neymar and messi are different, Neymar has more skills and tricks while messi is more direct with the things he does

Neymar actually wanted to get out of messis shadow, which is why he went to psg. Cause in barcelona, even when ney played better, the headlines were about messi, like at the "remontada" where they came back from a 4:0 loss against psg in the champions leauge. Ney then moved to psg, but he never won any major silverware again and at some point, wasnt the same anymore.

Ronaldinho was Messi's mentor at Barcelona and the most entertaining player I've ever seen, in basketball terms he would be like a mix between Jamal Crawford and Kyrie Irving (just more successful and decorated), he brought freestyle and street ball to the biggest stages of world football and humiliated legendary defenders like they were amateurs, "Ronaldinho football's greatest entertainment" is a great video on him

Neymar had his own team, but no one comes close to Messi and Ronaldo, their consistency, longevity, the amount of trophies, records, goals, assists, clutch performances in big matches they delivered puts them on a completely different level compared to any other player in modern football history

Someone’s gonna have to explain the sport to him, and that person has to have a lot of patience. 😂

It’s kinda difficult to explain I’d suggest you to watch champions league and premier league explained to understand the championship you’re talking about. Also you should check out Ronaldinho as well

Bro in this video they've shown FC Barcelona from different eras, lil bit of late 90s & early 2000's & late 2000's & early to mid 2010's, that's when Barcelona used to be a FORCE in Spain & Europe "they've also shown two clips 1 from the 1970's & the other from the 80's..."
There is a video that explains how football works "leagues, seasons, rules etc..." called Football explained for americans, you should give it a look, it pretty much explains the majority of this sport, not everything but alteast 75% of it !!
As for Neymar, he did exactly what u said, he wanted to step out Messi shadow's by joining another team, but things didn't go as he pleased...
Back to this video, most noticable players or legends should I say that you've seen in this video "that obviously played for barcelona at one point of their career", you got: Messi Suarez "the one who scored that crazy backheel shot" Neymar this trio is well know as the MSN trio & then you have Xavi, Iniesta, Busquets, Ronaldinho, Eto'o, Dani Alves, Puyol, Piqué, Rivaldo, Kluivert, Ronaldo R9, Johan Cruyff, Maradona
There are plenty more legends who played for Barca but weren't shown in this video for unkown reasons such as Romario, Figo, Deco, Laudrup, Stoichkov and many many more... "Actually we all know why he didn't/wouldn't show Figo in this if you know you know ;)"

And btw, neymar isnt even close to messi and ronaldo. Is could be top 3 of this Generation, but thats not so clear anymore after his early move to saudi arabia

Btw, ronaldhinios a beast. You have to react to him. He was like the big brother or mentor to messi. One time, kobe bryant went to barca to meet his homie ronaldhino, who introsuced kobe to a young messi. In this video kobe talks about it:

U should check out prime vandijk was unreal. It helps to know about the physical aspect of football. Most Americans just watch offensive players like messi ronaldo etc. So u should check out a defensive player like vandijk
