I’m an American but I’m binge watching these videos for fun. Just wanted to say that sarcasm sometimes has non-verbal cues such as a smiles or eye contact. Also sometimes when people are sarcastic they have no cues at all and you just need to use context to figure it out.

Im from Sri Lanka Our school syllabus and formal speeches follow the British English but I (my generation) love to talk like you I can understand what you talk but little bit harder to always talk with your accent ❤

Stay in touch with a native English speaker or watch as much as possible shows and movies. You'll get the "when" naturally. Hopefully, I've helped you.
