Thanks for the video! Used it on my T190, didn’t have ground to the alternator through the plug. Traced it back to find that the coolant temp sensor uses the same plug (was disconnected because of a faulty sensor shutting the machine down). Plugged it back in and charging.
Great video. Very informative. Thank u for taking the time and making this video. Iv got a 763 that is running at 11.15 volts. Your video showed me how to swap out the alt.

Yeah thats too low for sure, mine has been good since replacement and no more batteries getting killed. Good luck partner.
Im having a issue on my 763 G blowing the alt/kits fuse. Blow the fuse as soon as key it turned to run position with engine off
Do you have access to the wiring diagram ? I would like to look at it if you do.
@@paulkelley86 Im going to make a video about this issue today. Keep a eye out for it!
What alternator did you buy?
It was something off ebay. I dont recall if it even had a name brand.
Is there a fuse or relay for the alternator?
There always is, but I don't recall where. It will be a big fuse or a fusible link.
@@paulkelley86 thanks ill keep looking
you'll be replacing it again soon sice you bought it off amazon for 77 dollars. its most likely chinese counterfiet junk
Well, the one you can get from Bobcat says made in China too and costs 3 times as much.
It's not a generator, it's an alternator.
How can you tell? The parts manual refers to it as a generator. Can you explain what you see externally to make that determination?
