Hi ich bin grade dabei denn Bandschleifer nach zu bauen und ich habe mir auch den gleichen Motor gekauft wie du aber bei mir ist kein Kabel am Motor muss man das extra dran machen oder wie funktioniert das?

Super Handarbeit ! Mit diesen Möglichkeiten super. Mit einer Flex und einem Schweissgerät kommt man um die ganze Welt sagt man. Hier sehr treffend gezeigt.

In einer Zeit, in der jeder schauen muss, wo er bleibt und andere auf maximalen Profit aus sind ist es geradezu ritterlich, dass du deine Ideen einfach so teilst und zur Verfügung stellst 👏. Ich habe schon lange vor, mir nen Bandschleifer zu bauen. Ich werde mir deine Pläne zum Vorbild nehmen. Sobald das Werk vollbracht ist, werde ich dir gerne eine Spende für ein Päckchen Kaffee zukommen lassen.

Super Arbeit, sehr schöne Maschine. Ich habe mir vor zwei Jahre auch eine gebaut, die ist nicht so schön wie Deine, aber funktioniert super. Ich habe nur Materialreste genommen, was halt immer so übrig bleibt. Das Hauptantriebsrad habe ich aus Alu gedreht, alle anderen Laufrollen sind Hubwagenräder, die haben Kugellager und sind aus Vollgummi. Trotz dem, Deine Arbeit ist super, sehr gut gelungen.

Dein Bandschleifer gefällt mir sehr gut, danke fürs zeigen.
kleiner Nachtrag: habe mir deine Zeichnungen angesehen, werde deinen Bandschleifer warscheinlich nachbauen.
So etwas fehlt nämlich noch in meiner kleinen Werkstatt.
Falls ich ihn nachbaue, mache ich natürlich ein kleines Video und melde mich bei dir.
Welchen Durchmesser sollte die Rolle haben die auf der Motorwelle sitzt?

Durchmesser 120 aber ist eigentlich egal.
@@made-by-dad Danke, so egal ist dieser Durchmesser nicht. Es ist zwar kein extrem kritischer Wert, aber der Umfang beeinflußt ja auch die Bandgeschwindigkeit. Dann werde ich mal Material bestellen.

Als Schlosser gefällt mir Deine Arbeit super, beim Elektrischen würde es mir ähnlich ergehen, wenn Du noch eine kleine Drechselbank planst, dann, ja dann gelingen Dir die Antriebräder auch schneller! Spass bei Seite, der Bandschleifer sind gut aus, wenn es ein Prototyp ist! Gruss. Toll! 👍

Wenn der Motor in die falsche Richtung dreht, einfach zwei Phasen vertauschen, dann sollte er richtig herum laufen.
Die Idee mit dem großen Laufrad aus Mehrschichtplatten zu bauen ist wirklich genial.

REALLY NICE BUILD MATE. ENJOYED THIS ONE. i JUST BOUGHT A MIG WELDER LAST WEEK. I'm going to start building some machines like this for my workshop. U made it look fairly easy even though there is a fair bit of work involved in a build like this.
