Cogiendo aire en Cambodja Youtube

Dicen que no hay mal que por bien no venga... El sol de Cambodia nos ha sentado genial, sobretodo salir de la rutina en la que estábamos inmersos estos últimos 3 meses. Al entrenar en Phnom Penh me he dado cuenta de lo mucho que me había castigado el cuerpo en Valhalla, ¡Pero gracias a las mágicas manos de Nika he vuelto a resucitar!
Muchas gracias a @phnomclimb y a todos los atletas del equipo nacional de escalada por hacerme sentir como en casa!

Every cloud has a silver lining… And Cambodian sun did us real good, specially escaping the last three moths routine. Training in Phnom Penh made me realise how hard I have punished my body in Valhalla. But, thanks no Nika’s magic hands I’m back to life!
