FCV 620 receives 24VDC power but wont turn on, What should I Check?

Hi there , could you please share what component you have bridged out ? i have a fcv 585 with a similar issue , i suspected the ribbon cable as when i disconnect and reconnected the ribbon the display will work but will shake and be off centre ? thanks in advance

furuno fcv 620 after the Elco 100uf and 330uf which leaked were replaced and still don't want to turn on what components should be replaced

just replace ic regulator or mounted ic.
