Today marks the 15th anniversary of Michael Jackson‘s passing today. We celebrate his life at the forest lawn cemetery in Glendale. There’s gonna be a plane flying with a huge banner we are going to release 16 doves and over 777 roses will be placed in front of His gravesite at the hollyTerrace mausoleum - Zábava
The buckets of roses were made possible by my friend Brenda Jenkyns. She gathered the money from fans, whose names are on the boards, hoping to get at least 777 roses for Michael, and ended up with 1,000, and the leftover money went to charity. Thank you Brenda for doing all of this for us fans who couldn’t be there this year. 💜
Michael Jackson fans are like no other. The true gratitude they have for your content on MJ is so wonderful to see.
15 years ago we lost part of the world's heart. Thanks GIV for bringing Michael back to us for a few minutes.

Can't hold my tears back....had to pause the video as I feel overwhelmed by the waves of such powerful and strong emotions taking over me.... all I wish he was here to see how much the world loves him.... it's so strange that he felt lonely amidst family, friends and fans....he touched lives and made a huge impact....the feeling is indescribable....no words could ever suffice to express what this name means to us fans whom he was a friend that we never met....the world will remember him as an angel...."though you're far apart but always in my heart" as he said......

Thank you for remembering Ms. Farrah Fawcett. A number of people feel as if Michael Jackson's death announcement overshadowed hers.
It did. She passed away earlier in the day from her battle with Cancer. She was even snubbed at the Oscars Memoriam section in early 2010.

I used to be obsessed over Michael Jackson, and then I noticed that I was worshiping him like people are doing here that they worship God worshiping humans because God says, do not worship idols. In my country it was on all radio stations and since Tuesday I heard 4 Michael Jackson songs on different radio stations. In fact they always play a lot of MJ songs here in Switzerland.

@@goldengirl54 Contrary to the belief the doves 🕊️ are defenseless, they like other birds fall within the pecking order in wildlife as it does with smaller birds. Look, look and see tiny bird's, hummingbirds, small birds, pigeons, crows, ravines, gulls all fly amongst each other in shared habit. Birds of prey, eagles and such will always present a threat to other wildlife and that's just how it is! Dove's 🕊️ like other birds should be free from human captivity. Parrot's inhabit a small part of San Francisco around downtown to Coit Tower and have been thriving there for decades. A sight to be seen every day from 3pm to about 6pm when they all take flight, tens of thousands in the amazement of onlookers. Parrot's aren't native to San Francisco but thrive there. The doves 🕊️ released will do what dove's do in the wild as all other birds do, once captive or not! 🧐

Thanks alot for this video man. I vividly remember that day in 2009 when the radio host on 94.7fm the Wave made the shocking announcment, and my reaction was like What, that's ridiculous, He's the king of pop... Only to here the dj follow up with a sign... Yes folks it's true I don't want to believe it either, he left us way too too soon. I was stonefaced on the traffic red light on Sepulveda Blvd on my way to Target (I passed the entrance twice because my focus was out of whack). It was a punch to the gut, but Thank goodness for the quick response of radio stations with an immediate tribute and honor to him by playing ALL his songs and b sides for 3 consecutive days. Thanks GIV, memories rushing back yo; 2009 truly feels like only a few days ago

Great tribute on the Anniversary of Michael's passing, Mike. Thank you also for mentioning Farrah Fawcett, who passed away earlier in the day from her battle with Cancer.
She documented it well in her last weeks and days. Because of the announcement of Michael's passing later in the day, she was overshadowed once the story broke in the news.
She is NOT forgotten and will always be remembered as one of Charlie's Angels among her other acting roles. Season 1 is still my favorite of Charlie's Angels.
She was also in Logan's Run and the critical drama The Burning Bed.
Michael's music will live on for generations and that is his main legacy he left all of us.
I was there at Forest Lawn that day! It was amazing and the fans and atmosphere were great! It was also my first time too. I even met German in Venice and he recorded me and this other girl because we had asked to be in his video. Apparently, couldn't find myself or the other girl that hung out with me in this video. Oh well, still a nice video, and got to see some people that I had seen that day! Anyways, we love and miss you Michael!
