How much money would be good to have when you start manufacturing? I tried it before with little capital and the costs were really high.

It really is expensive. You should have a good amount, fairly around 1 billion as a starter or even a lower amount around 500 million. I would suggest starting small and seeing how lucrative it becomes for your market before expanding as well.

Just need to make sure you have a parking spot dedicated for them and hire needed time slots. Then they show up and take your product.
