Hi David, is there any significant improvement on the phase 2 project or its still same? For instance, In phase 1, lots of electricity cables on poles everywhere. Do you know if they plan to do underground cables for the phase 2?

This is total nonsense. Good houses but wrong advertisement. Sounding so fraudulent. N9.99m no total.,what kind of rubbish is that? I am interested in the total and you are saying contact them for details, is anything hidden that cannot be open to your potential customers?
I do not work for them. And prices in real estate are not static things change all the time. If are interested you should contact them. The total price is not all there is to know, you may also need other details, everything can't be covered in a video.
@@DavidNkwa Thanks for you information but every other CZcamsr here promoting or advertising estates in Nigeria always make sure that the prices and details are stated. I got few through this medium. I am not blaming you but, I think it make more sense if you encourage them to come up with detailed information on the cost. You have a world wide audience and most of them in abroad want the full information. She ended up saying nothing and you can also see people comments regarding this.

I agree with you! If they have nothing to hide why not provide the price of the property instead of blabling about deposit. Deposit out of how much? There is a definite need for transparency here. Until that is done I'd advise anyone to steer clear of what has all the appearance of a scam.

My advice.... Pls. don't put up such a half baked video. How can you advertise a property without the full cost? This is only nice for viewing nothing else...
If you are interested you can contact them, contact in description. Cost is not static in Nigeria, so why should you expect the full cost.
