What yard stick did you use in selecting these estates? I was expecting to see places like the Palms in Maitama, Bilaad in Wuye, Braverock in Guzape etc.

Efab Metropolis homes now cost 250m? Wow! I know someone who bought a home there in 2020 for 115m and priced another for 100m. Things are really getting expensive in this country.
