Wonder Tube by TCC - Magic Review. Locked Double Solid Brass Tube Impossible Location.

- I've been playing around with the Wonder Tube by TCC Magic for the past few weeks.
My experience is that the gimmick is loud when you first receive it. However, after working with it a few times, mine quieted down considerably.
The Wonder Tube by TCC Magic retails for USD 80 (TCC always has some promotional offer) and is undoubtedly one of the more well-made items they offer. Noise is not an issue IMO.

Hello Yin! excellent review, thank you very much! I loved the detail of placing the sound that the two tubes make when closed. At first I was a little scared with mine because it sounded quite loud, but as you say, with use it stops sounding so much, I also lubricated it a little with oil. Another thing, mine is also sharp, I solved that a little by filing it.
Yeah. I also used a fine metal file.
what oil did you use?
@@YinHoweMagic I use trumpet valve oil, Although I think all-purpose oil could also work.
@@Venezuelautentica1 Ooh.. Yeah, brass instrument oil is a good choice. Might try it... but mine is already pretty quiet.
@@YinHoweMagic Mine also sounds less and less, however I think that lubricating it with oil can help it from rusting and getting stuck in the future. 😉👍
Tip: Spray the outside of the inner tube thinly and evenly with Teflon spray and the noise will disappear. I think it would even disappear or improve greatly if you spread some butter on it and also inside the larger tube.

I wish I could be as positive as others here about the sound issue. I’ve had mine for a good 6 months and the sound hasn’t improved at all. I’ve worked on both tubes twisting and pulling repeatedly but nothing has worked. Even tried some light oil to no noticeable improvement. I’ve now gone back to my single (but silent) tube.
I'm just sharing my experience with the item, and it is just as you see/hear in the video. Maybe I was just lucky and got a better unit?
oh, not so loud as the nasty people on the cafe made it appears to be. I regret not picking this up when they had a sale.

It was really loud when brand new, but just keep twisting and pushing the gimmick,
