If you use Board and Batten it'll keep the look elevated. If you use wainscoting, it'll be more cottage like with a relaxed feel. I'd consider Board and Batten.........just my 2 cents. Ok, last thing, I LOVE the wallpaper, it's not too much, but you go with what tickles your fancy.
So would you just keep the wall paper and nothing else?
