Have they done LIDAR, if so, how far do the stones go down.
This is absolutely incredible and god bless the Americans that allowed this to be preserved and researched-uncorrupt-to this point

I was able to go see the wall a few days ago on my roadtrip. Absolutely worth the stop if you’re in the Yellowstone area. Chris said that LiDAR scans have been done, that they’ll take a few months to process, and will be posted to his website once ready. He is going the non-invasive open source method first. He is very interested in the secrets that could exist here. Potential excavations in the distant future.
The stones are 20-25’ above ground and extend 15’ below. I really got the sense that there was a complete wall opposite this one & several parallel “channels” to this one.
It’s on private property and there are dickhead fence hoppers and vandals

It’s all but certain that it’s natural. There are several similar examples all around the world that have since been confirmed to be of natural origin, like “Bimini Road,” and walls in both Texas and the Carolina’s. So far, the Sage Wall hasn’t produced a single indication that it’s artificial; no tool marks, no artifacts, no village ruins.
That said, in the exceedingly unlikely chance that it is manufactured, it would be absolutely amazing.

I’ve seen that some people have said that it may be natural (maybe moved by glacial ice?) however, it does seem to be an actual wall or maybe even a grove as it does appear that there were two sides at one point but the other side is mostly destroyed now - to me as a non expert, this seems very old indeed

In the early times of megalithic building its been theorized they would take natural walls, disassemble them and move them to a preferred location and alignment then reassemble them, I think thats whats going on here.
