my 05 Ultra bought new, it had 2/10 of a mile on it. The first thing was chrome inner primary and luggage rack. over time, lower windscreen, big bore, and ported with a tuner 92 hp. nostalgia grips, true dual rhineharts. bars. amp, speakers. 92,000 miles. after, 12" legends, motor stroked to a 103 with geared 543 cams S&S balanced crank. billet cam plate, high flow oil pump, S&S push rods, 10.5 - 1 pistons. 103 h.p. 103 tq. l.e.d fog and drive lights. now 100,000 miles. oh ,and a leather saddleman seat.

My first touring model was a 2017 SGS, after 15 older bikes of all types. I kinda regretted it bc the stock form is slow, Hot and a rough ride. After a decent 401k’s worth invested, it’s amazing. Replaced front/back suspension, seat, bars, radio/speakers, brake calipers to real Brembos, that 107 is now a FM 124” with S&S internals & tts tuner. I couldn’t imagine someone coming from other bikes and being perfectly fine with the stock form of these bikes. My father has a 2023 RGS and it’s not much better than the stock experience I felt on my 17 back when.

Pretty much stock '03 Anniversary FXSTS. Added an oil cooler because.... Srcreamin' Eagle performance air cleaner, breather catch can. Sissy bar pad in just the right place for my wife's back. Windvest windshield (easily removable!), Custom Dynamics headlight because the stock one svcks. Next up: handlebar risers, DK 1" tank lift. I'd love to find a springer about 2"or 3" over with the HD profile retained. No engine work - my go-faster days are over, LOL. 88" is enough for us. Ride safe!

2022 Heritage Softail. Engine and exhaust all stock. Happy with the 114 as is. Hate noisy exhaust so stock pipes. Happy with the stock seat so far. Yeah, I know, weird huh?
Added engine crash bar and replaced incandescent turn signals and tail/brake light with L.E.D.’s. Then added a color matched King Tour Pack trunk from Advanblack. Last Saturday just installed and wired up the Advanblack add on tour pack wrap around tail lamp assembly for more rear lighting.
Think I may add saddle bag guards next.
I’ve loved the Heritage with the mono shock rear suspension since it was released but not with spoked wheels. Bought mine in 2022 when I saw there was an option for cast wheels.
Have liked the bike in it’s stock configuration since my first test ride of an early 2018 model year.
Good thing I waited a few years to get mine with the cast wheels and supposed engine sumping problems solved.

Great video! While I don’t ride a Harley, I appreciate the tips for making long rides more comfortable. Gotta give it to the Busa though, it’s a legend in its own right for tearing up those open roads!🎉❤

For me I am keeping it simple on my SGST. Factory 47 12” bars, Klockwerks Flair shield, BadBoyz Cycles Venom seat, custom rack and backrest, RS1 rear shocks, Willie G mirrors, and Tab 50 Cal slip-ons. I like everyone of these upgrades! These are all game changing upgrades for my riding experience.

Anyway, I have a!’12 Fatboy Lo ,black demin(black matte ) , and I already have pipes and air filter, but I going to have it all murdered out, putting a cam, some minor engine upgrades, I already replaced the front forks with the Harley black ones ($$$$!😮), anyway, thank you again, I never miss anything you post here in YT. Let's start off with a new motor rebuild from a 96 cubic inch up to a 103 cubic inch new camshaft along with that and pipes, a lowering kit and a few other odds and ends thrown in like a tuner to make the horsepower work better different windshield. Had the wheels chromed because I didn't find any Wheels I liked That's what I can think of now

How do you like it
Corbin seats are my favorite. I put them on all my bikes. Bars suspension and if needed brakes. Engine work comes last. And like you said LEDS if needed. Great channel.

Corbin seats will last forever. They feel like a doctors office waiting room chair to me. I have a 10-12 year old seat that’s never broken in. I find Saddlemen has almost as good build quality, but way more comfortable new than a used Corbin.
With what Harley charges for their bikes, painted inner fairings should be standard.
