1977; I watched a similar silver-white saucer about 30 feet diameter, and it was wobbling similarly as it was following over power lines down a hill side. Looked like it was getting energy off the wires or something. Then shot straight up and gone.

U nailed it bro, it does change your life forever actually being blessed with an up close LEGIT A.F. sighting.. the instant my brain realized what I was seeing I was literally stunned, shocked, befuddled, flabbergasted in total awe, it instantly went so surreal like being in a vacuum. The disk I witnessed that went DIRECTLY OVER MY HEAD was going about 10-20mph, maybe 30-40" in elevation, so close i coulda pegged it with a thrown stone and probably 30 to 40" diameter in size and was 100% silent, no flashy lights, it was like it was in stealth mode and looked super stable, no wobbles at all, stayed dead straight headin from south to due north.. I got the world's greatest, closest, sighting\experience one could ever get and I'm so glad that's checked off my bucket list 👍

My "only" misgiving is that the saucer appears to have more clarity than the buildings around it, it just seems a different image quality.

well, if the camera is focused on the craft, the craft will be what is in focus.
If the camera moved and focused in on one of the buildings, then that building would be in focus.

I think your right. Ive seen something we have "govnt" that had 2 orbs accompanying it. What i saw was wider than a football field. But off each side of the craft a few hundred yards was a orb. Those orbs i thought soon after the event was for keeping the craft stable at low altitude. I saw a convoy/line formation of these massive craft being moved due to a incoming hurricane. And they were getting them out of the impact zone. We got alien tech and operating in our current inventory. Not making this up. I have no reason to lie.

Might sound weird, but apparently some UFO's when at a low altitude, will have issues staying balanced. Not the first time I have seen footage of low flying UFO's looking quite shaky when hovering low to the ground.

They've been seen doing the wobble on many occasions because the craft is, itself, creating zero gravity, and our Earth is the opposite. UFOs are just like vehicles on Earth. They're evolving everywhere just like here. Nowadays, true UFOs are literally seamless. As if the craft is, in essence, an animated construct. Capable of being living tissue on its surface. The history of UFO photography will show all the many things they were and have evolved to become.

I witnessed a crazy ass 12ft or so ball of bright white light, it didnt produce any light off of anything around it. But this thing was about a city block from me across the car lot i was doing security at. This thing was being chased by a helicopter, it was pacing the chopper as the chopper kept seemingly speeding up trying to nudge the “craft”. I was watching a movie on my phone and by the time the thought of recording it hit me… it was too late they were out of my sight. This was around 2 or later am.
The next night around the same time there was a little glowing orb that floated through my job site, sale car lot. Theres a video on my youtube you can go look at.

I remember this. I think its legit.
When it passes the corner of that building, you can see daylight through a corner window. But the craft didn't occlude that light as it passed as I expected. That made me suspect it, but then considered the light on that window might be reflection from the sky this side, from the direction of the camera. The other thing that bothered me was the steadiness of the camera. Hardly a waver nor any erratic movement as most amateur videographers do. Suggesting this was filmed by a very good camera operator.
Be that as it may, presuming it's real, and visible at such proximity to thousands of witnesses, if the have some kind of internal stealth system connected to their motive force, the wobbling might indicate a problem inside the ship which subsequently was fixed which is why we never see it again after going behind the other building, because the stealth system was repaired.
One thing Lazar never shared but I theorize was being present in the perimeter of that and probably all discs: a vortex tube with internal circulating plasma. Circulating not only axially, but coaxially. That in effect is a gyroscope. All gyroscopes wobble at the decline of their spin. At speed they are bery stable.
All vortices have a source side and sink side. If gravity is a fluid flowing into the Earth, then a vortex engine might be expected to suck it into the sink side and eject it out the source side. This may result bending light as well: the "cloak".

Just to play devils advocate, it is definitely possible to get something to rotate while suspended as some theorize. Don't think about a rope, think about a cable that can turn without needing to twist, using a rotating (ball) anchor point. I do believe this is an authentic video, just expanding the perspective a bit!

The only way to know if the footage is 100% real is to get a hold of the original video tape. If this is a camcorder from the 90s then it was recorded on tape. This is a digitized version. I’d put money that the original tape has conveniently disappeared. Sorry, not buying it.

Too fake 😭 I've seen them and their movements are SUPERSONIC, also, they move in all directions, and like they have a shift that can go in all directions by the flick of a wrist. They were very high up. I was stargazing back in 1997 or 8, when 3 of them came from the left then stood still, then 4 came from the right and stood in front of the 3. So still I thought ilthey were stars and I was imagining it. Suddenly, all 7 started doing "formations" or shapes, could've been signs IDK. So many of them. Then, as soon as they came, the 3 left first in one direction and the 4 stood there for a while, then they shoot in the other direction. There's no aircraft that can move that fast and in all directions. Helicopters can but they're not flawless in their movements also they're not self illuminated like a star. It was a wild sight, I'll never forget it.
