If you are using the bezel correction settings in iracing, you don't want to use the bezel corrected resolution you setup in Nvidia. You can keep that for the other sims, but I would choose the regular 5760x1080 or whatever your full resolution is w/o bezel correction and let your iracing settings handle the correction. I am not 100% sure, but I would think using both could cause issues and it's unnecessary anyhow.

Just ordered triples, gonna switch from VR. I will be using this setup. I ordered some LG 27GP850-B monitors. Can’t wait as I find VR amazing and annoying at the same time. There are times I just can’t get comfortable in VR.
The eye level thing is great. I saw many youtube videos with cam behind head and see distortion. So The drivers perspective will be correct. Thanks for clarifying this.

Project cars 2 actually can compensate for the monitors being out of line and I've tried it with 3 different monitors (23", 24" and a 27") and it lined up perfectly ingame once I put in the right numbers.... very easy

Love your videos! I found I have to use the native resolution in both ACC and iracing otherwise the screens don’t look right. Also I learned I had to get the eye level correct like you mentioned by adjusting the height of my monitors. I will follow up with you on Facebook.

This is the best channel in CZcams, period! Even that this video didn't bring me anything new, i loved every second of it. I actually ment to tell you about the ctrl+f12 solution for moving your seat, without srewing your FOV but i noticed that someone already mention it. I would like to know that are you using some kind of light above you? It's very cool that your gloves looks so bright in these videos.

About the lightning, I use 2 studio soft boxes above my head to try lightning up the dark interior and still try to find the sweet spot between the monitors picture and interior to mix them up ! Very tricky 😬 part as I try to not have too much glare on the monitors!

@@kerolasimracing no buddy, there is not and I try to understand if there was an option for that in ACC and they got it out or was other sim and I got confused as at that time I first start ACC I put few other sim titles!

i have triple 4k, running 11520 x 2160, but when I launch ACC, the highest resolution it gives me is 4096 x 2160, so it only shows up on one screen. iracing, AC, rFactor2, AM2 all run fine, just can't get ACC to span across all 3 screens? any ideas ?
I really have no idea what can that be ? Do you still receive pictures 4k in the triple setup or you just cannot make it work in 4k ? Better contact Kunos for this problem buddy!

Awesome thx! I see you are driving with 75hz monitors. I am about to purchase 75hz monitors what is ur experience with that refresh rate? And do u experience tearing?! Thx mate
I’m not very sensitive to refresh rate and really don’t feel differences between different refresh rate but I guess is just the way my brain works! Tearing is unavoidable and only G-Sync or Free Sync can solve that problem no matter what Monitors you gonna use ! I use on my videos always V-Sync to avoid the tearing mate 😕
If you’re using the Nvidia bezel corrected resolution in iRacing there’s no need to enter the monitor width including bezels. Use the number you entered for the monitor width not including bezels in both fields.

@@chepilevski yeah but they say that if you run on three separate screens is much better viewing wise than the Nvidia's Surround. Is that right? They actually say that iRacing is made to run on 3 x separate monitors cos when was coded they render there different viewing angles = cameras = screens in our case. Is that wrong?
@@Passajero honestly I never tested it without Nvidia and that separate rendering it is still happening with Nvidia surround! I must do test about this and see if there is any performance gain!

I am reviewing this video again as i am close to setup my new build pc with triple screen. Great video with step by step configuration and explanation. Do u think getting a 1080p monitor with 144hz refresh rate is good enough for triple screen for sim racing since 1440p is a little costly?
1080p is still great resolution but 1440p is lot sharper and will be future prove ! If you for 27inch 1080p is absolutely fine but if you want 32 inch the resolution becomes more noticeable! Also 1440p will need lot more powerful GPU !

That is the exact model indeed and the reason I got it was exactly for those specs in that price!
The curve is 1800r which is super slide and almost nonexistent so it won’t be much different to the flat ones and just saves some space in total!
1440p is required for that size as anything lest then that will create soft picture trough bigger picsels and I have to admit looks very sharp!
That model have quite good contrast retro and iiayma are great company with good quality!
I got those 3 for under 1k which was great deal at the time and I’m still happy with that choice!

Eye height should be something that you can correct in the game. Raceroom has this kind of correction...

Thx Peter 😃 It is hard to say because iRacing have many cars and disciplines and ACC is just GT3 and I don’t have any time experience with the real thing in this series! What I personally think is iRacing is harder then real life and if you master iRacing then real life is like a game ! ACC is bit more forgiving over the limit but generally they are not very different in term of driving!

Actually that was the distance I had with the 24.5 inch in that video and is actually very good distance!
With that size you can easily set the screens between wheel and base and stick have your eye level exactly in the middle of the screens!

Thx Thomas ❤️ I believe you can get very good results with single monitor setup but not have the go pro on your head but on statistic place just to make sure your picture will not go out of frame from the monitor itself! You can have it on the side of your seat for example as Boosted media for example !

Couple of questions. How are you determine the angle of the monitors? How are you determining how far to sit back from the monitors?
Usually 600mm distance for 32 inch is the sweet spot and 120-130 degrees angle inside (60-50 degrees in game )

After experience the curved I prefer them mostly because they take less space! Visually I don’t feel any difference!

I have overlapped Indeed! The bezels are 5mm each and I have overlapped 4mm

I use iiayma for years and I’m very happy with the price performance of this brand! They are top quality for very reasonable price ! Believe at this point and time 1440p is the he stand!

What do you gain by using nvidia surround? I constantly see people with problems in the iRacing forums complaining that it’s buggy, flickering, breaks HDR, etc. Is there something you gain by using it?

I’m not aware of any advantages from using surround buddy!
Personally believe the 1440p is good enough in 32 inch size and there are many awesome monitors on the market but I choose the best priced ones in relatively good quality! But if mine ware not a problem I’m not sure which ones was going to be my choice as there are many great choices indeed!

There is option on iRacing for that but I’m not sure if that is possible on ACC ! If anyone knows will be good to share with us !
The ONE thing no one ever shows in tutorial is how to properly measure and set the angle, they will say what to set it and that but never show where to angle it off of or anything like that. Like I see 60⁰ side monitor angles that are much less aggressive than mine are now, so that makes me think I have measured the angle wrong...
I can't confirm that though, because literally no one ever shows that process

This is so frustrating. I've been around computers my whole life, and I guess I used to understand this stuff. I've had my setup for 6 months, and I have *NEVER* been able to do this. It either rearranges my monitors in a weird way, or the screen output is way too big.

Hi Champ... I’m considering going from 32” 1440p to 27” 1440 p. I’m now sitting at 650 mm from the 32” screens and wondering how much I will have to do for 27”... don’t want to go too close. You mention you’re at 750mm...does that give you 180 FOV? Spacious Bolshoi 😉

No problem at all ! The new hdmi ports are fast enough to hit maximum refresh rate! I use 2 DP and one HDMI in my setup as I have my VR to the third DP port connected! You are good 🤛
