On 3rd November 2021, I applied for US Visa and got appointment in April 2023. I was told to check dates every day as there are many cancelations. Well, I not only checked everyday but every hour of the day. I was fortunate enough to change my date to last week of November 2021 and had my visa in my hand by 1st week of December 2021.

From Singapore or any other country you have to prove that you are a resident of that country for atleast 6 months. Even in India if you are resident of Delhi you can't apply USA visa from Mumbai. I love your content but trying to correct you on this information
