The baby elephants should be Wan Mai & Pyi Mai, looking at their size 1 year ago.
Some of the elephants go up to the jungle to forage for food.

Your videos about the Ethical Elephant Sanctuaries were amazing, i was looking for this kind of information for my travel to Thailand, so thanks!! But i´m not sure that ENP is a real Ethical Elephant Sanctuaries, due to readings and reviews which i saw. I think that is not normal to push the elephants to go with the tourist and do stuffs for them, also a read the treatment with the other animals is not the best (a person who visited the "Sanctuaries" saw how a worker throw a stone at a cow in the face to keep her away form tourists).
Sorry if i have some mistakes, i´m learning english :D
Thanks again for your useful videos

Thank you! There are lots of elephants at ENP so the chances you'll find one doing something entertaining is quite high! It is a different type of sanctuary compared to the others we visited for sure, but we truly believe they have the elephant's best interests at heart. When you visit, you don't feel like you're in a tourist trap - it's not like a zoo. The story about the cow is sad, I hope the worker was caught and dealt with appropriately - I honestly can't imagine that ENP would stand for or encourage that kind of behaviour. It wouldn't be worth it for their business to be cruel to the animals as the only people who visit are animal lovers!

Is there elephant feeding in the ENP single day visit? This place looks to be the most legit actual sanctuary. Thanks for the video!

ENP advised us that there is no longer any feeding directly with the Elephants. When we were there on our day trip there was none at all. This is because it has been decided that tourists feeding elephants is not ok. I also highly recommend you check out our article and other videos in the playlist as there are 3 other sanctuaries that are also definitely legit. And if I'm honest, I prefer one or two of them over ENP.

I’ve watched all videos now and would love to know your top pick in Chiang Mai of the 4? Loved the video

There are no natural elephant sanctuaries in thailand. All elephants are domesticated for a purpose.
