They need to be taken several months before the fight to really have an advantage in the form of more frequent training than their counterpart due to having faster recovery, more training = more endurance. Power comes from the muscle growth but ryan isnt even that ripped, he was breathing heavy from round 5 meaning his endurance wasnt all that good.. so if he really took peds within 2 weeks he is stupid
