    I always big fan of Casio Privia series, it gives us so much for the price

      These are pretty dang expensive though. They’re up against some pretty great boards from their competitors and don’t really win in any category other than aesthetics.

      @@ernestryles true, i didn't know the price when i first saw this video, bad move by Casio imo, if the price is on the same range people most likely will choose Yamaha or Korg instead

    How does it compare to the Yamaha P-515? Any idea?

      Hi Nick, While we don't carry Yamaha and can't be across the entire spec of the P515, the Privia PX-S7000 features twice the number of speakers that are also slightly bigger and support surround sound. The PX-S7000 is also a slimmer form factor with a more modern chassis/stand design

    Do you know how the action compares to the Yamaha CLP 745?

    • @belfieldmusicshop
      @belfieldmusicshop  Před rokem +1

      We don't carry Yamaha, however, the GrandTouch keybed on the CLP745's only gives you wooden ivory keys while your ebony keys are plastic while all keys on the Privia PX-S7000 are made from spruce with a resin finish for improved grip and feel.

      What are you talking about? There are plenty reputable pianists on CZcams that have said otherwise with regards to the grand piano samples etc. There are edited presets within this, like the rhapsodic piano etc in order to mimic famous piano sounds, but that doesn't detract from the primary samples and the fact you an EQ tailor sounds to your liking.

    How does it compare to GP310? Thank you

      Hi Yasuo, The new Privia PX-S7000 comes very close to the GP310 in both sound and feel. Casio utilise a similar AiR sound engine in both models, but the GP310 features 6 speakers vs the 4 on the Privia. The Privia offers a lot more in the way of built in tones than the Grand Hybrids, but both models offer the same level of customisation over things like player position and acoustic simulation, but the keybed on the GP310's do feel even more like an acoustic piano than the new keybed on the Privia's
