I thought maybe $1,200. I gulped when I saw $2,499 in USA! They’re pricing themselves too high much too fast. Too many other boards in that price range. The pxs 3000 I bought for $850. Casio, please drop that price! Woah! 😧

I'd say to all of those who say it's overpriced. Go to your local piano dealer and play one in person. The Action alone is superior to that of any Yamaha. Only major rival would be Kawai or Nord. the tones in this casio are briliant and fun to play with, plus you can use the App to adjust everything easier than the wheel and button scheme. They also should have showcased the Harmonious Mustard color. that's the only one worth getting. so unique.

This flagship has very mediocre action as compared to my Kawai ES 920. Not to mention muted sound as compared to my Kawai. The Kawai cost $1,000 less. However it is a stunningly beautiful instrument.
