That's awesome. There's some important factors to consider when you buy your car. I've been on Turo for 2 years and have scaled to 7 vehicles. My economy cars do the best now. I have 2 Fiat 500s and probably going to get a 3rd!

Everytime I call their customer service I get to talk to a human the answer every question I have they take care of any situation today they even called me when my client wanted to make a change at the last minute to make sure that I would okay it
Great video and helpful information, question let say you have a tourist visiting the states for a week , would you be able to rent them a car privately? I ask because they wouldn’t have any type of insurance here , thanks 👍🏼
Turo is good for me... I work full time and can't meet my guests in person every time! How do Remote hand offs work with privates? Can you even do them at all. Like airport drop offs at parking lots...?
Do u have any liability insurance for your business incase yoi ever get sued.. for example u rented a car privately to guest and they got in accident and later they find out you neglected car maintenance..
How did you do the Turo checkup ? Did you just tell them to sign up on Turo?

how do you put claims on a rental agreement
Just adding they are in charge of car during rental. Any damage is on them.
How can I vet renters privately?
There are a bunch of ways. We have a list of questions we ask that we use as our vetting tool. You can also get background checkers for driving record/ criminal history. You can also vet in only allowing certain things (ex. Credit cards only or big deposits, etc).
