@@SageVTX I don't get why everyone wants an open world mario. That just wouldn't work with a Mario game. Unless you mean a game with sandbox levels like Odyssey, then great! But a Mario game full blown BotW style open world? Just no. The biggest problem with modern gaming is that developers think literally everything has to go open world.
@@hist150project5Because it will be really cool to have an open world Mario game and I want to see how they make it work(open world games helps the developers to think outside the box and makes the game feel less restricted).
Btw not everyone is tired of open world games, the only open world games we have that are Nintendo properties are the Zelda botw and totk.
I mean It would also be cool to have an open world dk game, imagine swinging through Vines, sliding through trunks and race with mine carts would be really cool.
I specifically don't trust Nash Weedle. I've heard his name come up with so many rumors, yet almost nothing ever turns to be true.
A few years ago he was saying Nintendo was prepping "Nintendo Selects" again, and always "leaks" Metroid Prime 4 stuff that never comes to fruition.
He also said Google & Nintendo were working together on a VR headset, said Ori 3 could shadow drop at the Xbox Showcase, and that it had a "predominance of green tones"... 😂
I'm sure if I went back further there would be tons more, but I never see him get anything right since predicting Metroid Dread coming.
i thought the same, the spanish community follows him a lot, im tired of his "leaks", he is more of a fraud in my opinion.
Quit defending leakers. How come they NEVER know about the "changes" that cause them to be wrong? They are people making common guesses with generic predictions as "leaks".
Their information is always MONTHS behind, you can’t expect them to know these things in time. What they don’t receive from sources directly involved with an event, they hear in the form of industry mumblings, which travels slowly. Sometimes they get the info in a few hours, but usually it takes a substantial amount of time. This wouldn’t be a problem if they weren’t so overconfident with this information.
The accuracy of rumors this past generation has been very high. Also to answer your question, everyone reported on the Switch 2 getting delayed behind the scenes.
I believe he has "sources" that has something such general to say about the devkits that its "taking it one step further" but the problem for me is that is just such a pointless "leak" that not really say anything new. But because we are so hungry for rumors and leaks we buy into it anyway. Because its some kind of sign of life.
Even if you believe NWeedle, he didn't actually say anything of value.

Its not just weedle. Most of the leakersthese days are full of bs. I mean people should think by them selves a bit. There are different type of leakers. Most of these guys have a contact in marketing so they can tell you something about a direct.
For new consoles the leaker needs access to a source with a higher level of clearance. Either a dev or someone in manufacturing.
Of the "low tier guys" (respectfully speaking) Nate the hate either tells the most obvious stuff or is always bandwagoning.
Pretty sure Nash isn't credible. The idea he would be privy to Nintendo's "brainstorming" sessions in early development is too farfetched.
I think Metroid Prime 4 has been in redevelopment more then long enough for us to get a release date and new trailer for it at Nintendos next Direct. I also think Metroid Prime 2 Echoes should get a HD Remaster for either the Switch or the Switch 2 at somepoint. Will most likely be seeing another sidescrolling Metroid someday considering Dreads sales.
I enjoy the rumor mill and getting some information about Nintendo Next Gen or Zelda next title. Better than it was 10 years ago with Wii U. No information on games at all. I’ll take rumor bites any day to keep hope alive
Always good to remain cautious with all these rumours going around. We all know the next system is fairly close, but we still got plenty of Switch to get through before then. Great video as always dude 😎

Hoping the Switch Attach has some truth to the name dual screen function or possibly using your original switch as a wii u type pad a VR headset or maybe interchangeable parts for the controller? Adding a D-pad or changing the size and range of your control sticks maybe a scroll wheel shoulder button to manage your Zelda inventory. I'm wishing it will bring together all the generations of Nintendo's past into the one console. Always love listening to your videos on the way home from work. Keep it up and thanks!
Don’t call it switch attach, that was more likely than not a publicity stunt from some corporation with the money to spare, kind of like AI shark did a while ago

Since the Switch 2 isn't cancelled, it is called the Nintendo Switch Pro. It releases a year later after a new 3DS comes out. The new 3DS is called: The Nintendo 3DS Spocco. Right now, we're designing a 2D Zelda game as a prototype and we're showcase the Nintendo games that are going to be released for 3DS Spocco and Switch Pro.
The biggest question remains:
When will the switch 2 trailer coming out?
I say by July we will at least a trailer
If we get this rumored Direct in April....June's "E3" time is when the new system should be revealed.

@@therealjaystone2344 Did you not notice I used " " lol. Gaming news in June will always be remembered as E3 time. I know E3 is dead, but June/Summer gaming news is synonymous with "E3". Nintendo doesn't go to Game Fest, just like they left E3. Point is Nintendo used to reveal systems at E3 aka June. Switch was different.

I wish this was true tough, I'll Rather have new technology in the new console than Rather have Old technology.
The hilarious thing is that people these daysnever shutup about howthe switch was based on the tegra x1 and how Nintendo NEEDS to release the next system asap. Well if Super Switch is indeed using the t239 it will be equal or a bit more outdated than a tegra x1 in 2017.

You can't take what Nintendo leakers say at face value Andres. Information can change. A great example is the switch pro in 2021. The switch pro console was happening in 2021.But the switch pro console got scrapped at the last minute due to the semi conductors chip shortage related to the covid pandemic at the time. So my advice to all the switch 2 leaks and rumors is. Take anything leakers says online about the switch 2 like a grain of salt. I'll believe the switch 2 is real when Nintendo announces or reveals the switch 2 themselves.
My question is if devkits are getting hardware updates just now does that imply switch 2 is far off? i guess if its a year+ away it makes sense
Its just something that devs can further take advantage of, they could still be deep in development at this point. I am assuming early 2025 (sadly) at this point though.
@@AndresRestartif switch 2 production hardware is supposed to be ready shouldn’t that mean devkit hardware should not be that far behind, if its a firmware change its fine but if nintendo suddenly found a new hardware modification for switch 2 and recently added it that means we are a long ways off. But it could just be that devkits were lagging behind the production version of Switch 2 and they are now catching up.

I remember this BotW sequel snaffu from Nash. I'm from spain as well and can recall all the hype regarding a zelda game in late 2020, which turned out to be Hyrule Warriors: AoC in hindsight. I think people should cut some slack off leakers, but we all (leakers, content creators and consumers) need to separate fact from speculation more clearly, which btw is sth you are doing extremely well Andres.
In april , i didn’t remind a nintendo direct last past years. It’s more in February / june/ September . So why this years? But a special presentation for teasing next nintendo hardware is possible from april to june i think

BotW and TotK do not use the same engine, TotK engine was confirm to be the Splatoon engine

If true, though, that would imply they were going to knowingly release a sub-par system to what it could/will be, since they clearly were holding back with how quickly they rolled out the upgrades. And that's troublesome.

I’m officially sick of the switch…I try to play a 9gb game and it can’t keep up. Literally it’s just cult of the lamb and the switch is constantly having issues keeping up with button inputs, load screens are a nightmare aswell..we need a boost. Idc if it isn’t a switch 2, we need a boost
