Thanks for posting this! I have a 2019 Q5 and been trying forever to get some small toys that fell through the rear seat. I’ve been afraid to pull the seat up because it’s so tight, but based on what I’ve seen in my own car they’re fastened the same way as your generation of Q5. Did you have to yank the seat really hard?

Clip receptors came up with the seat. Now they don’t clamp down tight upon reinstallation. Suggestions?
