Our Story:
We are six years into a seven year effort of transforming 20 acres of "Piney Grove" in Northwest Florida into our dream homestead/mini farm to be filled with animals and joy. We plan to have a variety of miniature critters on our pastures, raise free-range chickens, grow fish in our pond, garden, plant fruit and nut trees, and harvest wild game. Our goal is to escape the stresses of corporate life and embrace all that country living has to offer as we enter the next chapter of our lives. Follow along on our journey!

Glad to see Ms. PG back! Y 'all's back and forth banter cracks me up. Thanks for sharing.
She has been off-camera a lot in the past couple months, but next week, she's back on video with our pond reseal! Thanks for watching. B&D
Love seeing the two of you.
Yes, it's different than the homestead videos, but so enjoyable too.
Tell Deb to get on the videos more!! We just got back from the farm filming together today so that will be coming up. Thanks for watching. Brad&Deb
You two make a good team. Well worth the watch.
Thanks Gary....it's not Piney Grove, but it's part of getting to Piney Grove!
I really enjoyed that! Dock looks great and you all had a good time doing it!
Thanks Lucas. Deb took on the motivational speaker role for that one!
My lift is like yours. Any idea on where to get 12 foot steal I-BEAMS. I just got a new gem controller went under water with hurricane Sandy. . I should have raised it like you did. My I-beams are galvanized. There are starting to really deteriorate. Not sure where to get galvanized. The lift is by ACE. They went out of business years ago. I was thinking of buying the I-beams and welding on those pulley brackets.
I just did a quick Google search for "boat lifts" and there are many manufactures out there that can sell you I-beams. The shipping might be pricey tho!
