I actually took out the Psy Frames and just used the Romulus effect to summon Black Meteor off the Pisty summon to then either Sync into Dis Pater/Chaos Angel or overlay with a Bystial into Atum
Yeah, I know that line and sometimes it comes up but I always summon it out with it's own effect so I can put out Seal before I summon any Rokket. It's my way of "playing around Nib". Always try to get out Seal and Regained and then you will not care about Nib.
But you can for sure cut that package and put in anything you'd like to instead. This deck can play quite a lot of different techs.

@@firatd.monkey7330 yeah I've been playing with it a little today. Found myself going IP under Borrelend a lot, might experiment with Knightmare Griffin for that effect lock in the opponents turn.

Mostly Seal + I:P + Regained + Magna search Baldrake + 4 hand cards pass.
That's the end board I can almost always pull off. Also a Dis Pater on the field or grave.
The new XYZ is sadly pretty niche to summon.
I only summoned it if I had access to RDMD, Bystials and Rokkets. Sounds a lot but as you know D Link it happens quite a lot.
I summoned the new XYZ like 4 times was really cool to have an omni negate for stuff like Talents.

Why do you opt for low bystial count?
Snake Eye is still everywhere and a lot of people stopped playing Branded so I don't see the appeal for a higher Bystial count because they can just make your hand worse.
Even Voiceless doesn't really care anymore because of the new spell. They can get back to Saffira and they can easily play around it by not tributing Lo. And Tenpai was also a bit represented.
So I really don't see in which of these match ups I want to have more Bystials rather than just play other handtraps that actually hurt those match ups.
But that's just my opinion. You can easily play more Saro or any of the other Bystials if you want to.

Get Seal and Regained out as fast as possible and you good. I force them to Nib me when I summon Dis Pater and summon back RDMD. If they do not Nib you here you can summon the new omni negate.
And if they do Nib you, you can just reborn Dis Pater (or any other Bystial besides Lubellion back) with Regained and Seal can special Seyfert which can add the baby dragons so you can go again into Seal (if you aren't locked) or go into Pisty line to summon Borrelend or go for S:P + Chaos Angel and so on and so on.
This deck has quite a lot of gas so you can just extend after you got Nibbed.
