On Quora, there was some talk that they had been renting the olive garden at Montecito and last year the real owner died and his widow tried to collect the rent, without success. She had to resort to getting an eviction notice to get them out sometime in October/November 2023. The Montecity mansion where she is conducting her cooking show is a new rental, but she doesn't live there. Apparently no kids either, (was it last year) when Montecito flooded and she had to be rescued by helicopter, it was just her, TO was in San Francisco, close to Betterup ... So they got evicted twice in one year: notice in January about Frogmore Cottage, and in the fall in Montecito ... allegedly ...

I have learned SO much about jam, jam making and something called pectin in the last week. Convinced me never to try making it though!
I’ve done it once where I had a lady with a lot of experience come to my house to walk me through it. It’s the type of thing that would be better to do with a group of friends.

She has a long track record of being obnoxious and getting away with it, love bombing someone she wants to use for whatever, then unceremoniously dumping them. In Canada, Jessica Mulroney got her a job doing a commercial for a clothing store, Reitmans. It wasn't a whole lot, they just paid her $15K Cdn. The commercial-making team swore they would never work with her again. She wouldn't talk to anyone except her male hairdresser and male make-up artist. Demanding diva: the hotel they booked for her wasn't good enough, they had to book her into a much better hotel and under an assumed name, as the papparazi might find her. They had to order a very expensive pair of shoes for her for the shoot, which she took with her (granted, with her crooked toes, I would have let her take them, as she never wears hose in her shoes anyway, who knows what fungus was embedded into the insoles from her bare feet.)
I love the fact that the RF jams are selling out and the sales will benefit charity. Many local businesses benefitting as well… I have a feeling this would have happened even if she had product available to sell. The reason many Americans started buying the royal jams was a way to protest M’s jam.
All her silly jam done was increase the sales of Highgrove jam . The website even crashed so people went on to buy King Charles's great quality goods😂

Megan's 'friendships' are transactional, the sending of jam to influencers is to use them to promote herself, but anyone who wants to use her in return will be finding slim pickings.
That seems to be the thing with her and that tennis lady. Serina Williams was going to start a clothing line and Meg was front and center wanting to model for freebees. Meg showed up at the tennis matches to draw attention to the pro. They are so close, you never saw them together or since.

She wants to be relevant on the title alone, but you have to create products that resonant and deliver. Also, she needs to be aware of the image she gained once she left the UK. Her favorability is not high. She does have her supporters but her critics are loud with their disapproval. I was once a supporter and wished her will, but she comes off now as a whiner and manipulator that's not worth the attention. She needs to put in work to rehab her image (same for Harry). I feel like they keep missing the mark because of their own lack of awareness. Whenever the narcissist in our family wins a court case he thinks he’s the greatest, whenever he loses it’s the systems fault and he’s still the greatest. He’s not a lawyer he’s like Harry always taking someone to court.
That Lemonada photo that you showed. How pretty Meghan used to look. She looked healthy, with plump cheeks. It really shows up how quickly her looks have changed in just an year or two. We all age, but her face has changed so much so quickly, and not for the better.

She got on the Ozempic bandwagon for weight-loss, probably imitated Oprah, who also has slimmed down considerably. Ozempic has to be taken long-term to keep the weight off, as soon as it is discontinued the weight slaps right back on. Ozempic has side effects like nausea and does a number on internal organs. It is supposed to be for diabetics, but Hollywood elites are using it for easy weight loss.
The meg has no business savvy or work ethic, as proven by her continued blurts of re-inventing herself/ new product or show. I wish her luck!!

I think the reason she likes to announce things by piggybacking on other news is that, quite honestly, nobody is going to really care. Otherwise would anybody even really look out what she’s announcing if there was nothing else going on? No doubt it would be buried under something else.

As an American/from California I think Meghan’s behavior is deplorable. How she has treated her Family, the RF and even her husband. Although he has a responsibility in what she gets away with. I appreciate the RF. And she will never hold a candle to Princess Catherine and Prince William. And how she has brainwashed Harry against his family. Just horrendous. She is about as royal as a dirty sock. I know all to well what’s its like to live with a narcissist. Maybe one day Harry will wake up and come to his senses.

It's amazing how someone who is so nasty, ridiculous, unkind and boring is one of the most talked about people. By the way, the releases she does of pictures, events or whatever are done to upstage anyone she is envious of, which is just about everyone. Another great talk Beebs! I actually get second-hand embarrassment for her. Like you said, everything is so unfocused, she just grabs at one thing after another. Seeing her at events is so uncomfortable, I just cringe at what she's going to do. It's so embarrassing for her.

Beebs agree with most of what you say but I really don’t think any apology these two could make will ever result in forgiveness from anyone. They have long ago crossed the line and would need at least a character and personality transplant to be even slightly forgiven.

As superficial as celebrity is, in order to succeed you have to either connect to people, have a talent that people enjoy or a product/wisdom that people can learn from or use. She has none, none, none. Her greed, abuse of others and pretentiousness make it impossible to imagine redemption. On top of all of that, she has the gall to disrespect Catherine and the Queen? To turn away her family? She will never achieve more than infamy.
Meg’s brand is a lot to remember, I find it helps if I say; gardening in a ball gown, friends in a ball gown, making jam in a beige ball gown, cleaning 16 toilets in a ball gown.
She should have been vlogging her cooking and baking. She should have toured her garden on camera to show she has gardening knowledge. Maybe a dinner party for friends to show her skill. Oh wait a minute she doesn’t have friends.
